1. What are your store hours?
Our store is open:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 18:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 19:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
2. Do you offer delivery services?
We offer delivery services for your convenience; orders are delivered typically between 2 to 4 business days. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
3. Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
The minimum order amount for delivery is £70, orders below this amount will not qualify for delivery.
4. Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely! We offer a Click and Collect service. Simply choose ‘Click and Collect’ at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your items.
5. Do you offer discount and promotional codes?
To stay updated on our latest offers and promotions, you can:

6. Can I place an order for an item not currently in stock?
We offer option to sign up for notification when an order is back in stock, but we cannot confirm specific dates for stocks.
7. How can I pay for my order?
We accept most of the major cards which are: Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Credit and MasterCard. The credit or debit card must be registered to a UK address to pay for your items online. We also accept payment via UK registered PayPal accounts.
8. How do I pay with PayPal?
You will check out as normal and you’ll be able to select PayPal from the payment options. You will be directed to log in to your PayPal account, where you will be able to see your order details and confirm payment.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Our orders are dispatched promptly; therefore, we may be unable to amend your order once it has been processed or dispatched. To cancel your order, you must cancel within the first hour of the order been placed.
