Returns, Exchange, and Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns on items such as fresh produce, dairy, meat, seafood, and other items with a short shelf life. However, if these items are damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
  • Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable items (e.g., canned goods, packaged foods, household items), returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase. The items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with the original packaging. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Special Cases: For items such as health products, and personal care items, returns are not accepted unless they are faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you receive a product that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to initiate a refund. Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged or defective item may be required.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Perishable goods, items on sale, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Refund

  • If returning an item in-store, please bring the item and proof of purchase.
